Northeast Corridor shut down, New Carrollton-Baltimore

Northeast Corridor is shut down between (approximately) New Carrolton and Baltimore.  Nothing is moving, including both MARC commuter trains and Amtrak.

Both agencies state "police activity" and "trespasser incident" as the reason.  Trains shown on the Transitdocs Amtrak trace map are at zero mph.

Trains are moving again, "at reduced speed."
