Amtrak #7 with OLI unit #203

Amtrak #7 with Operation Lifesaver unit #203 was running about three hours late this morning (12/3/2022) when I caught it between Winton and Merritt (WA) on the Scenic Sub.

Weird. Normally the first locomotive goes to Portland at the split in Spokane. 203# was leading before Spokane too

            I believe that entire unit is an insult to my intelligence.  "See tracks - Think train"  And I can also see many of today's humanoids gawking at that with a slack jaw finally moaning, "Uhhhh, wha dooo tha mean"
