Just heard the Dispatcher 68 talking to a Amtrak reief crew at Klamath Falls, Or. Van will pick them up and sounds like a UP pilot at 10:15 am to deadhead to Grass Lake, Ca to get 14. Been stuck behind a freight with engine trouble.
14 by Chiloquin, Or over 8 hrs down.
