Passenger Trains > Historic Capitol Limited QuestionDate: 01/25/23 14:27 Historic Capitol Limited Question Author: Geordie405 Bit of a long shot here, but does anyone have any record of which locomotive(s) worked train 30, the Capitol Limited, from Chicago to Washington D.C. on 5th August 2010? It's the only Amtrak trip where I totally forgot to record what the motive power was. I'd arrived in Chicago earlier that afternoon on the Southwest Chief from LA behind 180 and 9 - back when I didn't have qualms about booking a 3 hr 30 minute connection from one train to another in Chicago!
As I said, I know it's a long shot given that the trip was 12+ years ago but I am hopeful someone might be able to help! Thanks! Date: 01/26/23 12:50 Re: Historic Capitol Limited Question Author: SanDiegan Geordie405 Wrote:
