Remember way back 8 to 11 years ago when All-Aboard Florida was going to be in service in 2014?  Or maybe 2016?

Anyone wish to remember the good old times of delusional thinking among board members agreeing with the 2014 date mostly on the basis of Gene Skoropowski's name can check these threads.

Although testing will begin between West Palm Beach and Cocoa, there are many segments of single track still left.

I checked on progress in southern Martin County this past weekend. Double track with working signals from the County Line north to A1A crossing at Fruita. New track in place for another mile to Cove Road, used for ballast storage. Work on the new track from Cove Road past Salerno and Indian Street. Installing the new track from Indian Street to the Stuart bridge. Crews are at work.
