FL: Dining along the BrightLine route
Author: Lackawanna484

The Palm Beach Post offers a guide to restaurants near  the BrightLine  at  West Palm Beach. The article is marked for subscribers only, but here are the highlights. For folks interested in doing a "circle trip" with BrightLine and parallel Tri-Rail, there's a city trolley bus which operates along Clematis Street on a regular basis.  I've added a few suggestions for folks stopping at intermediate etc stations to Miami

WPB
Regional Kitchen - a nice, upscale restaurant about six blocks from the BrightLine, fronting on Okeechobee Blvd.
Avocado Grill - a jazzy, New Orleans style restaurant
Kapow Noodle and Grill - adjacent to the north end of the BL platform
Blind Monk - not mentioned but a fine wine and beer place with tapas
O'Shea's Bar - an Irish bar at the end of the BL platform

Boca Raton
Yard House Bar - about two blocks south and east
Ramen Lab eatery - on 3rd street, about three blocks east and south
Louie Bossi's - this regional chain offers very good Italian food

Fort Lauderdale
Bandoleros Tacqueria is about four blocks south of the station and just north of  Riverwalk
Pirate Republic  Seafood, where the New River webcam is, is about eight blocks south, across the river
The Riverwalk offers great views of yachts and trains

Aventura
The station  has a free shuttle to the huge mall with every food place known

I believe there are several bar-lounge cars in the next order of cars only.

And trackside in Jupiter is the Dune Dog and Crosby's, and in Hobe Sound is Taste, Kork and the VFW!

The family and I enjoyed a good burger at Big Buns and Damn Good Burgers along the riverwalk in FTL just west of the bridge last month. Patio side tables and a nice view of the boats and trains.
