What else would we expect from tabloid news (Fox)?

Classic media hype - half the video is of an Ohio derailment weeks ago.

That link does not appear to be a FOX news link, rather it looks like a local Fox affiliate. But let's just disparage the network that resists the daily narrative set by nbc, cbs and abc. If it's not obvious to you that those networks collude to set the media narrative daily, then it will never be apparent.

All the news media do it now. It’s no longer “get it first and get it right.” The new motto in the social media age is simply “get it first.”

Too much bandwidth to fill. I remember when the news was 15 minutes a day. Granted it was a while back.  65 years or so.

Poor P; I guess he hasn't heard about the damning depositions in the Dominion voting machine suit in which Fox anchors and management admit they lied in their news reporting.

Let's start the countdown clock to when this thread is yanked:-)

Lying is a daily occurrence on the other networks. What's your point?

So can we go back on topic for a moment? Was there a bus-bridge to "get around the derailment" - as would normally have been setup a few years ago -  or did they just turn the consists around and head back to points of origin?

#3 into Winslow had a BNSF engine tacked onto the rear of it and then departed east long before (~6hrs-ish) what would be #4’s scheduled departure.

EDIT: Thinking about it, they could have just towed it east to where they could wye the train and then brought it back to Winslow or to Gallup to wait for a bus bridge to arrive. But that’s just a guess.

And that's why most people these days jump to conclusions after something gets reported without looking at the details!

Corn syrup probably contributes to the epidemic of obesity so is it hazardous?  Ha Ha.  Happy St. Patrick's Day!

YES to that concerning obesity, and it's "sticky stuff".  If anyone's cell phone and they themselves ever landed in it, they might slip and fall get recieve a brain concussion or worse, no longer be able to text or transmit!!  God save us all!!!!  This stuff is"Truly Hazardous"!  Ha!

I hope the corn syrup attracts all the ants in California. With what I save on Terro, I could afford a sleeper on my next Amtrak trip.
