Maybe one (1) coach is deadheading? I think they are just operating a fourth coach for the summer? Needed for the Boy Scouts - IF Amtrak wants the traffic! as far as the location goes, #4 is just starting up a grade out of a valley that levels out at just before "antares curve" approx. 2 miles e/of this location.......... 66 Date: 06/05/23 08:54 Re: starting out sunday with a late #4.......... Author: GenePoon This train was late due to no fault of Amtrak's. It was delayed East of Riverside after a fatal trespasser strike.
