A couple of days this week, I have noticed Amtrak 22 several hours late through Austin.  I went to the amrraak web site and found not much understandable information. What is happening?

With one trip this week the southbound train operated 12 hours late into San Antonio and was several hours late departing back north on the turnaround.  Today the Sunset Limited experienced a major delay in the night west of Del Rio.  22 held in San Antonio for connecting equipment and passengers.
