Passenger Trains > Southern California Earthquake Service Disruption LA San DiegoDate: 04/14/25 12:54 Southern California Earthquake Service Disruption LA San Diego Author: GP25 I see this mid morning 5.2 Earthquake.center near Julian-Eastern San Diego County.
Is causing a bit of a service disruption. Along the Surf Line Route. Between LA and San Diego. I am seeing Amtrak Train #770 is being held at San Juan Cap. And I am hearing other trains are being held. I didn't think an Earthquake this size would cause any problems. Does anyone know of any issues along the old ATSF Surf Line Route? When there's a threat, known or unknown, protect the young. Can't say the same for us (homo sapiens) despite our intelligence. We're so pathetic we celebrate artificial intelligence. |
