Passenger Trains > New RailCam at Santa Fe, NM (Static Camera)Date: 05/04/25 08:46 New RailCam at Santa Fe, NM (Static Camera) Author: SouthWestRailCams Good Morning TO,
We have launched a new Railcam today. The new railcam is in Santa Fe, NM along the NMRX Santa Fe Sub, MP 18.32 where you will see The New Mexico Rail Runner Express (NMRX) Passengers Trains and The Santa Fe Southern Railway (reporting mark SFSR) - "Sky Railway" Excursion Trains.. You can find it on YT "Santa Fe NM Railcam", our channel or Live RailCams Playlist or our website. Enjoy, Christi SouthWest RailCams CA, NM, CO, TX, AR, MO, AZ https://southwestrailcams.com Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/04/25 10:19 by SouthWestRailCams. I was wondering: How do I go about seeing if any new cam(s) could possibly be installed in southern California. Specifically, heading west going from Arizona into California, there is one cam in Indio, CA.. but then, there are no more cams at all after that, all the way to Los Angeles. That is a very long gap about 128 miles. Or, heading south (or technically west), after 2 cams (both not SW Rail Cams on Cajon Pass, there are absolutely no cams on the entire BNSF San Bernardino Sub west toward LA (about 63 miles), nor on the Union Pacific Los Angeles Sub that splits off the BNSF SB Sub in Riverside, all the way to Long Beach (approx. 76 miles). Why such a drought of any cams in such an extended area? Any chance of any cams being installed on these lines? John L. Posted from Android Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/05/25 20:29 by ncmtman.
