There is also a major warehouse fire in East Oakland that has forced shutown of the Union Pacific tracks. North/eastbound Capitol Corridor train 742 is stopped at the Coliseum.station. Found this under service alerts and advisories, basically chaning the northern california section from an overnight train ride to an overnight bus ride:

The closure is between the Atlas Bridge entrance and the Bay Trail, and there is no estimated time for reopening
