Woodside station only has 6 tracks.

Yes, but you can see two more tracks and trains in the overhead line.  Is that the Port Washington branch?

4 of 6 tracks at Woodside station are LIRR Main Line; the 2 on the north side is the Port Washington branch, all 3rd rail only. 
2 tracks in the western distance is the Amtrak Hell Gate line

Take a look at the camera and let me know what you think. The trains on the upper / overhead line certainly look like  LIRR, but might be subway trains.  Anyway, lots of trains.  Haven't seen any Amtrak yet.

Yes, subway.  The 7 train, which will take you to see the Mets at Citi Field.  In my misspent youth we would ride the LIRR to Woodside and then take the subway to the Mets' previous venue, Shea Stadium.

I don't know the URL for the camera, but if you are talking about what crosses right over the LIRR staion, that is a elevated subway line.

It says that? Must be including the subway.

(They say 600+ scheduled LIRR trains at Woodside --
they likely counted 50-100 trains twice.)

Search for "LIRR Woodside" to find it. Trains visible
on the six LIRR tracks and the three IRT tracks.
Plus arrivals at LGA when they're landing runway 4.

Lots of activity there, even on a Sunday afternoon.

The train guide lists upcoming trains on which tracks, and equipment used (C3, M7,) and # of cars.
