Some excitment in Johnstown this morning at 908am in which a passenger stepped onto the tracks in front of the incoming Pennsyvanian and had to be restrained and brought back onto the platform by other passengers.  It looks like that person continued on to get on the train as he was not left on the platform after the train left the station.

Looks like they took down the video after I posted this.  I should have done a screen shot.
