Current MARC HHP-8 Assignments

Howdy! Will be spending an afternoon at Havre de Grace with some friends Thursday and was wondering if the MARC trains that make it up to Perryville at all use HHP-8s, or if those are just currently handled by Chargers/MPs. Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, there are 2 HHP-8's still running and of the 4 evening trains you will see, they could show up on any one of them. Chances are the same that you will not see any of them. They are not assigned to any one train.

They were common a few month ago on the morning southbound train, but in my recent catches, I have seen MP36s more often.  I agree with the other poster that you might just have to hope and wish and get lucky to catch one.
