First date of revenue service - "soon" from Roger Harris. NO DATE still! 

Sad - repeat of the SAME information and still no update in launch.

NOT at all. See other post on CSI scores..... Amtrak blames the marginal decrease in CSI scores to the on-time performance of a train, as opposed to cleanliness or window issues. Their focus remains NEC.
