Southwest Chief Booking Question
Author: prech786

I just reserved roomettes on #4 Lax-Chi . They're in Car #430.  Is this the Transition sleeper or the regular Superliner sleeper?

Thanks in advance

Since I was just on the train myself last week I can confirm the 0430 is the first sleeper behind the diner, the 0431 is the second sleeper and 0432 is the transition sleeper.

Rooms in the transition sleeper have high numbers (I think something like 18 to 24).  There are only 14 roomettes in a regular sleeper, so it's easy to tell a transition number from a regular number.
