Empire Builder 7(29) crapped out west of Tomah account locomotive mechanical assessment. Now over 4 hours late.

Another surprise is ahead in Havre, Montana. Current temperature is -20 degrees below zero FA. Good luck to the chargers

Looking forward to my trip on the Empire Builder right after Christmas! Will bring my passport in case I end up having to ditch the train and fly, if that's even a remote possibility. Missing connections in Chicago due to a late Empire Builder - not fun and no time for that for next trip!!! 

And then I see train #8/28 (29) is holding east of Libby, MT due to a "disabled freight train." Estimated over 5 hours late into Whitefish, MT, AND counting......Still in service disruption.....
