Dixieland problem?

Is something wrong with Dixieland Software right now? Since yesterday, I've been trying to pull up individual regions on Dixieland and have been getting something that says "403 forbidden" with the phrase "openresty" and a few numbers below it. I would welcome any thoughts on this. Transitdocs still works fine for me, but it doesn't have the Amtrak alerts.
