2 locos + 17 empty freight cars on the ground.
Does that mean it string-lined ?

Not enough info in the media clip to tell.  East (downhill) or West (uphill) bound?  Derailed at the head end behind the power, or at the rear ahead of helpers?

Media concentrated on commens by uninformed passengers, as would be expected.

However, the TO Eastern Board post tells us more.  The derailment was going uphill and the derailed cars were ahead of a rear-end helper set, which also derailed.

It involved the pushers on a westbound just beyond Horse Shoe Curve.
