I checked a bit further. Listening to the Valrico radio feed revealed that ALC-42 Charger 346 had shut down at Mango (10 miles north of Tampa).
The crew was in contact with CNOC and wound up setting up 346 as a control car so that trailing Charger 350 could power the train.
I guess that was better than swapping the units around.

M452 and M453 run on this segment between Auburndale and Lakeland Junction, and any number of loaded and empty phosphate, sulfur and rock trains along with M603 and M604 use the segment between Winston and Lakeland Junction.
