Passenger Trains > Train 97--ridiculousDate: 03/11/26 11:31 Train 97--ridiculous Author: Chessie1963 97 just arrived in Savannah. The train is over 7 hours late. The train was an hour late out of NYC, then lost another hour at DC due to late equipment servicing and adjustments. The train had two more extended "mechanical assessments" during the trip to the point it will be 1/3 of a day late before long.
If anyone has info, I would LOVE to hear it. What an absolute embarrassment the Chargers have become. I am not certain it was the Chargers, but lately 97 and 98 have had two of them on the point. Date: 03/11/26 12:31 Re: Train 97--ridiculous Author: longliveSP Chessie1963 Wrote:

Par for the course with his replies. Always acts this way towards fellow members, then if he's proven wrong, doesn't reply and admit it. Best to just ignore. |
