America 250 -- Brightline (Part One)
Author: Korigaoka1811

Leaving work this afternoon in West Palm Beach I happened to see the last half or so of Brightline's America 250 train and grabbed these quick pictures.  I like this train because it reminds me the the USA has done some pretty good things in its history and there is still hope for the future.  I hope.

Two more pictures follow this.

That’s a hideous wrap.

If the windows are "Painted Over" --- then I think it's hideous also.

I thought Brightline cared more about it's customers.

Look closer Ronald, they're not painted or have wrap over them.

You sure about that? When seated, I imagine the line of sight for most people save the very tall looks right through those red and blue stripes at the lower section of the windows.

Sorry that some just can not help themselves, and insist on being whiners and complainers.

Your pictures are great. Thanks for posting them.

This fan would not have posted his pictures, if he didn't want
his fellow fans to comment on them.

Your usual "whining",  about your fellow "winners",  simply
shows you don't care much for the actual rail passenger experience.

The "actual experience" of sitting in a "Painted Over" coach simply sucks--\and is worthy of a good "Whine".

First of all, I mentioned no names. SO, you must have a guilty conscience and feel compelled to defend you repetitive insistent negativity to any positive post?

Yes, I bow down to you all wise and knowing one, and humbly acknowledge that you and others must, without fail, post negative comments in response to anything someone posts that has any sort of positive aspect to it.

Thanks for posting these pictures.  Looks like you had good light. Friday and Saturday have been cloudy and rainy on The Treasure Coast.

I too enjoyed your photos. Thank you for sharing! The wrap seems like a creative way to tell a story.

Much like the USA in 2026 so a hideous wrap is pretty on brand actually.

Heavy rain until noon in WPB and it was down to just a drizzle when I took these.  So I got lucky with the weather and I got lucky in seeing the train as I left work about 45 minutes before I usually do.

J.

PS --  I know most of you guys appreciated the pictures and I thank posters for their encouraging comments.

As for those bickering about wraps and design, they represent perfectly something that I think is going wrong in the US today --  constatnt adversarial confrontation about  just about everything.

And one poster presumed I wanted comments and he is right.  But if he presumed I anticipated an argument about design and wraps, he would have been very wrong.

Finally, Brightline may have wrapped these coaches but on Brightline the carwashers work and the windows are clean.  So there, Amtrak!
