ALC42 on the Hiawatha Service

Due to ongoing SC44 Midwest charger, P42 and P32 shortages in Chicago, ALC42 374 has been "borrowed" from ACSES testing on the Lakeshore. It was spotted on 330/331/334/335/338/339 today and should run 336/337/342 tomorrow.

Lease payment goes straight to Amtrak's bottomline. Amtrak is fine with the SC-44's being junk and the state consortium doing nothing about it.
