Red Bird with an extra nest Spotted

Viewed the Cardinal yesterday in West Virginia with the Amtrak Inspection Car on the rear. The rear windown was covered so I assume this is being deadheaded to Chicago for an assignment somewhere?

Perhaps they are just not interested in seeing the real world.
Will it be washed in Chicago ????
