Bus #1 will be express from Chicago (CHI) to Grand Rapids (GRR) Bus #2 will be express from Chicago (CHI) to Holland (HOM) and bus# 3 will make all stops.
No reason given, but it could be due to no equipment available. Delay Notification: As of 6:22 PM CT Cardinal Train 50 is delayed departing Chicago (CHI) due to crews performing an engine swap and equipment adjustment. Travel Update: As of 8:35 PM CT Cardinal Train 50 has departed Chicago (CHI) and is operating approximately 2 hours 25 minutes late. Date: 04/04/26 20:04 Re: Amtrak Midwest Bus & Cardinal Issues Author: scraphauler 370 is cancelled due to a significant washout near Coloma MI on CSX. Pictures I've seen looks like a failed culvert is cause. Washout is probably 50ft long, 15ft deep.
