Eastbound DH passenger move near Dotsero Colorado April 5

I just arrived Reno on Amtrak 5 today for a 4014 chase tomorrow. Yesterday, somewhere west of Bond, we met an east guy with 2 units and 5 or 6 UP passenger cars. Last car was theater observation with the shade down. Anyone know what was up with this? Thanks for info.

was thinking it was engineering special did the golden state line, now it doing a vip move tues from winter park east to denver,  not sure what is going on after that, Kevin was up there  https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?1,6159851
