Amtrak 250th units heading down CA coast on 11(25) today...

Amtrak's southbound Coast Starlight #11 passed the Santa Clara railcam today wtih 3 Chargers up front, including America 250th #318 and DOT 250th #350, along with 332.

Train on-time into San Jose.

How long have these ALC-42 Chargers had these special decals, and are they the only 2 units in the Amtrak fleet saluting America's 250th?
