Date: 07/20/05 10:50 Re: Strasburg, Colorado Author: RebStout Photo #6 Working on the C&S #9. I took this photo on 6/27/2005. Mr. Uhrich said the #9 would be ready to return to the Georgetown Loop in about 3 weeks time. Possibly by now the work is complete.

Restoring the #30 will be a 24-36 month job and cost $255,000.00. The last word I heard is that the Colorado Historical Society is deciding whether or not to restore the #30 to operational condition. If they decided against this expenditure, it will be cosmetically restored only, then returned to Boulder, Colorado.
