Nice catch of the E257 in those shots. The rare Tokyo-bound (or Tokyo-departure) Limited Express Azusa? Chuo Liner?

The first set of the photos were taken near JR East Yotsuya station. Actually these EMUs are Tokyo Metro Subway Marunouchi line trains.
 
The rest of photos were taken between JR East Ichigaya station and Iidabashi station where Chuo radio (orange striped ones) and local trains (yellow strips ones) were running. Also you can see Ltd Express trains.  The first set of photos (above) were dead heading for Tokyo station where it will return as Ltd. Express Kaiji for Kofu station (the second set of photos below.)
