The traffic ended when the cement works closed in 1989. This is a pretty old shot - prob from around 1980, before 1814 had its numbers repainted into an unusual, non-standard shorter, sans-serif style. 1837 blew its motor about 1985 or so and both locos were written off in 88/89. DI 1820 was preserved. |
