Australia: Sydney's Transport Heritage Expo - Steam Locomotives
Author: Stephenloco

The Expo included two active steam locomotives 3016 & 3642.

3016 - Built in 1903 by the Beyer, Peacock & Company, Manchester, UK (originally built as a Tank loco)
3642 - Built in 1926 by Clyde Engineering, Sydney - so a "local"

These locos participated on the Expo's opening event - the annual "Great Train Race"

A great video of the race is available on YouTube with video taken from both trains - Add a "H" to front of this link : ttps://youtu.be/6WCS6tvHjhA

The actual race starts about 2 minutes in.
