Back for the first time in over six months. Been a bit too long I think. Anyway time for some photos.

1. Genesee & Wyoming locomotives GWA002, GWU008 and GWU007 assist in loading 1281S empty grain train at Tailem Bend on 1/6/17.

2. Pacific National loco, 8124 an Cylde/EMD JT26C-2SS passes through Tailem Bend yard to be attached to an intermodal service for the trip through the Adelaide Hills. 1/6/17.

3. GWA006 and GWU006 await departure from Rankin Dam with 9102S loaded ore train on 1/12/17.

1. Trailing on the rear of 5MP9 due to draw gear restrictions, TL152, a Clyde-GM built G12 is passing through Hawthorn to take up shunting duties at Penfield. It was being transferred from Dimboola in Victoria an is owned by K & AB Rail. 1/20/17.

2. The next day, SCT service 6MP9 is about to enter Sleeps Hill tunnel with Greentrains liveried Comeng-ALCo 8026 leading SCT005, SCT013, SCT002 on 1/21/17.

3. Genesee & Wyoming empty copper train 1911S with CLP14 (and GWA007) waits in the siding at Long Plains for loaded grain train 5114S from Gladstone with CLF5 and FQ01 to pass through on 1/22/17.

2. With 1911S in the siding, Pacific National service 6PM6 passes through Port Germein hauled by NR107 and NR7 on 1/22/17.

3. The loaded return copper concentrate train, 9112S waits to depart Wirrida with GWA007, CLP14 on 1/23/17.

1. Loaded grain train, 4152S waits to depart Bowmans hauled by ALF18 and CLF5 on 2/16/17.

2. After having locomotive issues, SCT service 2MP9 required assistance and it came from GWA due to SCT having no spare locomotives or crews available. Genesee & Wyoming locomotives FQ02 and GWU006 lead SCT's CSR007, CSR010, CSR008 around Fostors Corner at Belair on 2/21/17.

3. Empty Snowtown grain train, 1471S with GWU004 and CLF5 awaits a path at Direk on 2/24/17.

1. Great Southern Railway's The Ghan service from Darwin to Adelaide passes through Crystal Brook on 3/3/17.

2. Loaded grain train 2182S from Tailem Bend awaits its turn to pass over the weighbridge before unloading at Outer Harbour. Up front is the last Freightlink liveried FQ class, FQ04 leading ALF18 and GWU008 on 3/4/17.

3. Under a full moon, 7AD1 with GWA002 and ALF21 waits in the siding at Newcastle Waters in the Northern Territory on 3/13/17.

2. Not far behind 5MP1 was SCT service 5MP9 with SCT004, SCT003. 3/31/17.

3. Chopped nose Goodwin-ALCo built DL541, 103 at the Dry Creek MPC on 4/6/17. This unit was built as the New South Wales Government Railways 45 class no. 4537.

1. Transfer movement 1121S from Dry Creek to Port Adelaide with GWA005, GWA004, GWU008 hauling ALCo 103 passes through Bishops Loop on 4/11/17.

2. The same movement pushes back into Port Flat yard off the Port River bridge. 103 was being transferred to its new owners at Tailem Bend.

3. 9102S with GWA008, GWA009 awaits departure from Rankin Dam on 4/18/17.

3. Not long after arriving on the siding at Wolseley, 1283S with GWU007, GWA005, GWU008 prepare to run around the train before pushing back to the grain silos on 5/21/17.
