Yes, sir, the U20C have off-set axles. But people here use the Ho scale trucks to model de BB ones used by Dash 9´s.

Agreed.

Here's a picture of the SD70ACe-BB GBB truck showing the span bolster with it's pin that engages a "box of rubber" tucked up in the underframe. Note the cooling air for the traction motors is ducted thru the bolster to each motor.

Good photo Dave. In my visit to EMD I could not find an assembled truck to take good photos of it. I found one being assembled, but it wasn't complete like this you found.
