International Railroad Discussion > Three nice trains at EVP (Brazil)

Hi, today was a busy day in the railroad here in town. Many trains running all day. I went to the yard afternoon and evening and could see three nice trains there.

1 - D301: fca 8122 and trailing Vale 1270 and 1283 with Holcim cement cars and empty fuel tank cars. This train stayed in the yard more than three hours waiting other train crossing the yard. This train also had fca 8138 working as DPU;

2 - M843: Empty ore leaded by Vale 1140 and 1231;

3 - J315: This was the last train to cross with D301 in the yard in the evening. The lights were not good for my camera, but I could took some pics of the trains.. It was an empty grain leaded by Vale 1221 and 1127, plus trailing U20C 2688 and 2695.

Are the SD40-2 set up as DPU controlling units then?
