Hi, some pics of the grain cars used by VLI and fca.

1 - The blue HFE class hopper;

2 - Rusty HFE class hopper with blue lettering;

3 - Silver HFE class hopper.

2 - HFD class hopper modified from old box cars;

3 - fca rusty HFE class cars (ex EFVM).

Really neat! First time I noticed the different discharge gates some of the cars have. And I assume that the box car conversion has discharge somewhere underneath?

The numbering on some of those cars looks three-dimensional. Is it?

Yes sir, some builders do the lettering using steel digits.
