As Bernd indicates, the life of the Sandoling operation has been extended to 2020 with some interesting developments. Here is a link to the specific page frame: http://www.farrail.com/pages/touren-engl/Steam-in-china-2018-Sandaoling.php

I went on one of Bernd's tours last year, to Zimbabwe, and it was terrific. I chose Zim because it too is down to the short rows and it is unclear how much longer Steam will remain there. He is doing another tour there this year. If I had the money I'd go on nearly all of his tours, some of the people I was there with do just that. International trips for me are few and far between so I try to make them count.
