Hi, today a Rumo broad gauge loaded grain hit an empty one in a siding at Aparecida do Taboado, MS. People say the DPU derailed at 64km/h while crossing the switch machine.
Pics and video receiced frim friends by WhatsApp.

So it was not a collision between two trains but a derailment of one train that hit the other one on a separate track?

Yes sir, the loaded grain derail when the DPU reached the switching machine point and hit the lead unit of the empty grain.
