I didn't realize that the Tokyo Metropolitan government has given a new official nickname to the Toden Arakawa Line, "Tokyo Sakura Tram." Last time I went joyriding on the line was in 2015, so that was ~2 years before the nickname was given.

The Tokyo City Government decided to use Tokyo Sakura Tram since April, 2017.
