 Message bodyPoor Ferromex can't catch a break.  As of now major hurricane Willa is expected to come ashore somewhere between Mazatlan and Texpan, likely sparing Puerto Vallarta, but maybe not Mazatlan.   As the hurricane advances inland it will weaken rapidly to a tropical storm, then a tropical depression.  On Wednesday it is expected to be a tropical depression located somewhere just south of Torreon, still with plenty of rain.  In fact the storm in now expected to bring rain to Saltillo and Monterrey Wednesday night and Thursday.   Unfortunately I would expect to see reports of major damage and washouts by the end of the week (and a potentially high civilian death toll).
