Are these meter gauge with four trucks? Looks like a lot of room between the stepwells and fuel tank, but with the bolster location (where the tiedowns are) I'm thinking it has 3 axle trucks. Built in Brazil?

No, this is broad gauge (1,600mm). EMD of Brazil produced three Demonstrators like this. One is testing on MRS and two are rented to VLI.

Looks like a very LARGE fuel tank!

Probably a 5000 US Gallon tank.

After five weeks on the road, the SD70ACe/45 7046 arrived to its destination in Açailânda, MA
