Started snowing in the morning and getting worst toward the lunch time. But, it cleared up in the late afternoon. Here is another set of photos taken a bit later. This is a northbound loaded tank train. It got a slow order since the EMU train just ahead of him were slow due to snowing weather. The train was now approaching to Sakuragicho station, then doubling to the center track to down toward Takashima Freight station. Loaded cans are from Nigishi Refinery and heading for distribution points in the North. All trains that were captured are fully loaded cans (North bound trains). Hope this helps.
