My friend Everton Cabral did this nice video of a train C598 leaded by four BB70ACe and two BB40's leading an empty flat car consist.

That's a lot of power for empty flats. What would they usaully carry?
What gauge is that line?

Hi, that is an empty train that brings locomotives back to EEL yard. The flat cars are for steel coils. That is a meter gauge track.
