Today's (March 26, 2019) Chinese Government news website has an article on railfan Wang Tiancheng whiich shows a picture taken in February 2019 of an SY 2-8-2 in steam at Hulun Buir, about 280 km northwest of Qiqihar.  A contact now says this is the same as Wujiu,  a previously known location.
