Let's change the wheels ( Brazil)

Hi, VLI is testing a new equipment to change freight car wheels and axle at some yards here. This video and photos were done by a friend of mine at FNS railroad, the broad gauge section of VLI in the Northeast.

UP and BNSF have been using these for a while in many locations and I think these units were 1st built in Ireland 
It speeds up the repair process and gets the cars back in service.
