A burning GE (Brazil)

Hi, it happened today between Cotia and Embu Guaçu cities in Sao Paulo state. It was a paper coil train.
Video shared by friends. I do not know the author.

Was that a GE that came down from the States? I assume it was an unmanned DPU engine shoving? Did the Dispatcher call the Fire Dept, somewhere and they extinguished the flames at a grade crossing or station? EMD sabotage! Their turbos burn up the same way!

Yes sir, that is an ex US diesel. I can perceive the engineer of the stopped train calling the other and telling about the fire. I imagine they stopped the fire, but I do not know the extension of tbe damages.
