What kind of Locomotive did I see?

I recently saw a video about the reopened Guyaquil and Quito railroad in Ecuador.  The train shown was a tourist train hauled by a curious loco.  It appears to have a B-B-B or three truck wheel arrangement.  Can anyone tell us about the make, model and other information about this engine?  Thaks, Jeff

Could be a french locomotive.

Did anyone try Googling "locomotives Ecuador" in Google Images?

Looks like the Alstom/Sulzers are withdrawn.
