The floods and the railroads (Brazil).

Hi, we are under a big rain season in the southeast, specially in my area. Many railroad tracks closed due to the high level of waters and mudslides. See also my other post about this same theme here

A bridge over "Velhas" river in two moments. In a video today morning (1/ 28/2020) and in a picture of mine in 2008. You can the have an idea of the level the water reached in the last few days.

Vale narrow gauge mainline is also closed due the high level of the waters.

That's wild that the water can get that high !
I would be checking that  bridge really carefully !!!:):):) before I would cross it!!!

Reminds me of the Brazos River here in Texas when it floods.

Hi, no it is narrow gauge (1 meter) line.

Those are guard rails on the inside of the road rails.
