Looks like the old US Navy "Dazzle" camoflauge scheme with sharp angular lines designed to disrupt the outline. Date: 03/15/20 10:48 Re: New Ferromex painting scheme Author: M640 Looks to be they painted over the deflector grilles for the dynamic brake grids, that may be some charred paint after a while, they are bare stainless steel from the factory for a reason there gents.
