International Railway Station Where is it No. 11

I better make this a bit easier after no guesses the past two days. This station was also shown in my European series as it's just across the straight from the European side of this city that shares two continents.

Istanbul Haydarpasa. The photo you posted shows it after the fire that destroyed the mansard roof, here's a shot beforehand, when it was still in use for railway service (railway operations were shut down and diverted as part of the Marmaray tunnel project; the station, along with Sirkeci, its European counterpart, is eventually supposed to go back into service, but that could still take several years.

Correct. On the Asian side. Here's another showing the architecture art work inside the station. They were lucky the fire was contained to the top floor.
